Orlando Pirates have moved swiftly to reshape their squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, confirming four new signings as they prepare to defend their domestic trophies and mount a serious challenge in the CAF Champions League. Midfielder Mthetheleli Mthiyane arrives from Stellenbosch FC, defender Sbangani Zulu joins from Richards Bay, and the club has also secured winger Bohale Ngwato and forward Ghampani Lungu. These additions come amid a clear-out that has seen the departures of Sipho Mbule and Tshegofatso Mabasa, but many supporters believe further reinforcements are still needed.

Pirates are also expected to sell star player Relebohile Mofokeng in the coming weeks, with new signing
